Meet Mitch — Therapist. Straight Shooter. Big Believer in Real Change.
Mitch Holly isn’t the type of therapist who just nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?”
He believes in meeting you exactly where you are—with honesty, empathy, and a clear plan for moving forward.
Mitch’s path to becoming a therapist started in the military, where he served as his Battalion’s Master Resiliency Trainer. That role opened his eyes to something big: even the strongest people can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or completely lost inside.
Seeing how anxiety, anger, and emotional stress impacted lives and relationships lit a fire under him to do more. So he did—earning his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and building a practice focused on helping people move forward, not just talk about it.
Today, Mitch specializes in:
- Helping couples rebuild after infidelity and conflict
- Supporting adults and teens through anxiety, anger, and depression
- Offering premarital counseling for couples who want to start with a solid foundation
- Teaching real-life conflict management and communication skills
Work with Mitch, and you can expect a therapist who listens—and also challenges you, supports you, and equips you with practical tools for lasting change.
Outside the therapy room, Mitch is a husband, a proud dad to two awesome kids, and an adjunct professor teaching psychology and business. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him chasing new hobbies, spending time with his family, and practicing the same wellness strategies he teaches.
